For so long as mankind has been on Earth, each child created by Yehovaw, the Lord God of the universe, has known, deep in his or her heart, that he or she was in fact created by a Lord God, Who, before the child was even born, put, into his or her heart, a knowledge of Him - how to communicate with Him and how to obtain His blessing!

That innate knowledge of one's spiritual Source has come to be known, by English-speaking people throughout the world, as each person's "religion"! Yehovaw wrote, through His psalmist:

Thou art my God from my mother's belly! (Psalm 22:10)

Yehovaw referred, through Yehoshua, to "these little ones who believe in Me"! (Matthew 18:6)

But in growing up, children lose track of that initial knowledge and stop listening to the voice of Yehovaw's Holy Spirit, who "will guide you into all truth" (John 16:13); and they open up to Satan's lies concerning their relationship to the Creator of all; so what should have been "religion" became "religions" - thousands of them, all seeking Yehovaw, most of them in the wrong way, by doing all kinds of foolish things that He never asked of them.

Yehovaw did everything in His power to provide a clear direction for seeking Him; He said, through David:

Solomon my son, know thou the God of thy father! And serve Him with a perfect heart and with a willing mind! For the lord searcheth all hearts and understandeth all the imaginations of the thoughts! If thou seek Him, He will be found of thee; but, if thou forsake Him, He will cast thee off for ever! (1st Chronicles 28:9)

Yehovaw wrote, through His prophet:

He hath showed thee, O man, what is good! And what doth the Lord require of thee but to do justly, to love mercy and to walk humbly with thy God? (Micah 6:8)

Yehovaw wrote, through His apostle:

Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this: to visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction and to keep one's self unspotted from the world! (James 1:27)

Yehovaw has given so much attention to His children's search for Him, for His righteousness and His kingdom, throughout His Holy Bible, beginning with His dealing with Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden!
