As for "Yehovaw's Vision", what a person looks at determines much of how he or she feels at that moment!

Of course other senses have their impact upon one's feelings and cannot be neglected, especially hearing! But one's vision largely dominates his or her experience in the world, for good or evil!

What people are looking at these days, largely through their news media or through motion picture productions, where each and every day is filled with accounts of bloody violence at the hands of Islamic terrorists or other sources of mayhem, is both disturbing and frightening, not to mention all the other things that keep going wrong! Yehovaw wrote, through king Solomon:

Where there is no vision, the people perish! But he who keepeth the law, happy is he! (Proverb 29:18)

Notice, please, how Yehovaw likens, through Solomon, one's keeping His toraw or law with having the vision that prevents His children's perishing!

The reason why one's vision is affected by keeping or putting the highest possible value on the commandments of Yehovaw's toraw or law is, simply, that such keeping retains one's place in Yehovaw's glorious and eternal kingdom of life, blessing, liberty, joy and power, where every thing looks different; because ha Kodesh Ruakh, his Holy Spirit, is ever guiding the citizens of that kingdom "into all truth"! (John 16:13) And Yehovaw's truth gives one the most hopeful and exciting vision of His plan for the children of Israel that can be imagined!
