As for "the Unforgiving Catherine" the "great controversy" of the universe is whether Yehovaw, the holy, almighty, eternal and self-existent Creator and Lord God over all the universe is going to be acknowledged as such, feared, reverenced and loved as such, or be regarded as inferior to one of His creations, who has risen up and tried to usurp Him, to say:

Move over, Yehovaw; I'm taking over running the universe, now, thank you.

That is the bottom line of all contention and bloodshed seen on the face of Earth! It is not only a choice to do that but a supernatural empowerment to do it, from whichever spiritual source one has chosen to draw from, either inadvertently or by deliberation! It also is the bottom line of what went on between Frederick and Catherine!

In this story Frederick is not all righteous, by any means; and neither is Catherine all wicked! The difference between them lies in their commitment!

When they meet, each of these diverse characters makes the appropriate and expected representations to the other! But Frederick holds to those commitments, while Catherine is not at all convinced that she is committed to any thing other then fending off the male half of the race, which in her view disqualified Frederick from being for her what every woman must have, which is either a loving father, a loving husband or at the very least a loving friend to translate, for her feminine way of understanding, what her heavenly Father thinks of her, without whom she is lost!

With respect to Catherine this is a sad story; but in Fred's case it is the story of an indomitable spirit and a personal victory over his agonizing disappointment in Catherine.

The experience of Fred's and Catherine's relationship is true to the experience of those in whose hearts either a truth or a falsehood has managed to take root and become the driving force in their lives! I see this phenomenon all around me, in the conduct of people with whom I am privileged to have contact, for one reason or another!

Having worked diligently over a period of years to develop what this website has become - a formal and direct presentation of Yehovaw's word, law, covenant and commandments - I believe myself to be led by Him now into a different way of presenting His truth; and I believe He has set the example for that way, through Yeshuaw's occasionally telling a parable, which is, simply, a fictional story to illustrate a spiritual truth!

Frankly, I have had enough of the film and television industries' dominating the area of fictional drama with a view to glorifying everything under the sun other than Him Who created the sun and everything under it on Earth! Many devout followers of Yehovaw under whatever name or persuasion have tried to make a difference in this field; but I have yet to see it done from an Israeli point of view!

Somebody has to start a trend! And the story of Frederick and Catherine is my effort to do that, in Yehovaw's mighty name and for the advancement of His kingdom! However lacking in dramatic skill or finesse, if this effort does not grab the heart of critics in a position to advance or quash it, perhaps it will grab the heart of one dramatic writer, who from it will see what needs to be written rightly!

I sincerely pray that one or more of these eventualities may become the case! For the world is in greater need for this kind of dramatic work than ever before, to fire the imaginations of its youth or those with youthful minds to do right, for a change, and to know of what doing right consists!

As with any writer of fiction, I must work from out of the reality of my own experiences or that which I have observed in the lives of others! So for a legal defense against those who may be offended by seeing likenesses between the characters in my stories and themselves, I must and do declare:

This is a work of fiction for the purpose of conveying a spiritual truth as I may happen to perceive it; so all similarities between this work and persons or events in the real world are purely coincidental!

The entire ebook is 199 pages in length! And I am offering it, to you, free, despite Yehovaw's assurance that "the laborer is worthy of his hire"! (Luke 10:7)

I truly enjoy giving away Yehovaw's word of life; because it is priceless! It "is like unto treasure hid in a field" (Matthew 13:44) or the "pearl of great price" (Verse 46), for which one "went and sold all that he had and bought it". (Verse 46) Yehovaw said, through Yeshuaw, to His disciples:

Go ... to the lost sheep of the house of Israel! And, as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of Heaven is at hand! Heal the sick! Cleanse the lepers! Raise the dead! And cast out devils! Freely ye have received, freely give! (Matthew 10:6 to 8)

Pastors, staffs, their families and websites cost money to remain alive! So, as did the Levitical priests, we are supported by the system of tithing that Yehovaw commanded for the children of Israel! And one's participation in the tithe of Yehovaw's toraw or law even today is an highly blessed endeavor! Yehovaw wrote, through His prophet:

¹⁰Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in Mine house, and prove Me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of Heaven and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. ¹¹And I will rebuke the Devourer for your sakes; and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the Lord of hosts! ¹²And all nations shall call you blessed! For ye shall be a delightsome land, saith the Lord of hosts! (Malachi 3:10 to 12)

Yehovaw said, through Yeshuaw:

Give! And it shall be given unto you! Good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over shall men give into your bosom! For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again! (Luke 6:38)
