As for "atheism", my heart goes out, to people who for whatever reason have dared to challenge the beliefs of people who have accepted by faith ideas that are difficult to accept!

But I cannot help feeling that such challenges are based upon limited human understanding in contrast to the understanding of Him who has had the wisdom to create and sustain the universe and all life in it, which no man or woman has ever done!

I have held extensive discussions with Pete, my oldest son, who, although he allows for the possibility of a "Creator of All", finds serious fault with the way in which that Creator and Sustainer of all things is running things; and in that criticism I believe Pete has revealed the mentality by which Lucifer, the archangel who became Satan, dared to challenge Yehovaw, who wrote, through His prophet:

¹²How art thou fallen from Heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How art thou cut down to the ground, who didst weaken the nations! ¹³For thou hast said, in thine heart, I will ascend into Heaven! I will exalt my throne above the stars of God! I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north! ¹⁴I will ascend above the heights of the clouds! I will be like the most high! ¹⁵Yet thou shalt be brought down to Hell, to the sides of the pit! (Isaiah 14:12 to 15)

Yehovaw wrote, through Yeshuaw, through His faithful apostle:

The ... unbelieving ... shall have their part in the lake that burneth with fire and brimstone, which is the Second Death! (Revelation 21:8)
